Boy Blue Looking for Love

Blue is a handsome brown, white, and tan beagle that was found wandering alone in southern Virginia. This seemingly sweet, one year old boy is now stuck in a more rural shelter that most likely has low resources, low foot traffic, and higher euthanasia rates (due to crowding and low adoption rates) and is at higher than necessary risk.
