Mom and 7 pups at risk with nowhere to call home

Through no fault of their own, 4-year-old Precious and her 7-week-old puppies are losing the only home they've ever known. Many dogs in rural Virginia are not spayed or neutered due to a lack of resources, and Mama Precious is unfortunately one of those dogs. After Precious gave birth to 7 beautiful puppies, her owners realized they couldn't afford care for all of them. The owners started exploring options for surrendering with a partner who has been advocating for the young family. Unfortunately, Precious and her pups are being kept in an outbuilding, and we are racing to secure resources and funding to keep them out of a local shelter.
