Stray Ellen Needs Our Help

Ellen is an adorable, petite-ish Border Collie mix that was found wandering as a stray in southern Virginia. This black and white, seemingly sweet girl appears to have had a hard life, finding herself in a most likely low-resource, low-foot-traffic, high risk shelter at only five years old after appearing to have spent most of her life on the streets. Ellen is at high risk if she stays at this shelter, especially as a mostly black dog.
