Tangie Can't Catch a Break

Tangie was surrendered to Homeward Trails when his owner could no longer care for him. And this little guy came with a host of issues. He's struggling with crippling diarrhea and was born with cataracts. What's more pressing than that is that he has pockets of fluid around his eyes, but we don't know why. He is going to need a specialist and tests to see what's causing the issue because his body could be fighting a very serious virus. Time is of the essence, please help Tangie!
